This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
User Accounts
To access TRXPool, users must register using their email address. A 6-digit PIN code will be sent to the provided email and must be entered to complete registration. This same form is used for both logging in and registering.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Deposits and Mining
TRXPool accepts deposits in TRX and other cryptocurrencies, which are automatically converted into TRX for platform use.
You can convert your TRX into Energy Points, which represent proof-of-stake mining capacity. This is a conversion process, not a hardware purchase.
Each Energy Point yields daily TRX returns over a 365-day cycle.
Energy Point purchases are final and non-refundable.
Staking
TRXPool allows TRX staking starting from a minimum of 60 TRX. Staked TRX contributes to TRON network participation and offers additional yield. Staking and Energy Points are separate functionalities.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are supported in TRX and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum withdrawal amount is 80 TRX. You must submit a valid TRC-20 wallet address.
TRXPool is not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.
Referral Program
TRXPool offers a referral program to reward users:
- You receive 5% commission on every Energy Point purchase made by your referrals.
- Referral commissions do not apply to staking or simple deposits.
- Referral activity can be tracked via your dashboard.
Promotions and Bounties
From time to time, TRXPool may run special promotions, contests, and bounty programs (e.g., Twitter contests or review submissions). Rewards are typically processed within 24 hours, provided all rules are followed.
Content Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your own website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes upon third-party rights.

Reservation of Rights
